How many classes should I be attending every week
The recommended and preferred training schedule is as follows:
Beginner Practitioner - 1 day per week (Monday)
Intermediate Practitioner - 2 days per week (Monday & Wednesday)
Advanced Practitioner - 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
If you are a college student and/or Military we recommend you consider first what your time availabity is. Ask yourselfl these important questions.
1. Can I commit at least one day a week consistently uninterrupted ?
2. Are there any future obstacles that might prevent me from training ?
3. Am I really ready to make a sincere training commitment while attending school or Military ?
note: Training needs to be a priority in your life, if you are unable to commit to the process on a regular basis, then we recommend you attend monthly classes instead.
